That was one very satisfying stream of musical consciousness, Rob. Especially loved that section from James Tatum to Talinn Chamber Orchestra.
I've been listening a bit to John McLaughlin's solo acoustic version of Goodbye Pork Pie Hat lately, and your closeout track almost felt like a companion piece. Lovely.
Having my first ever experience of sciatica this week so this set, and papamango's latest FSON, have pretty much functioned as additional pain relief. Seriously, I think they've both helped.

Hi John, apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Wrote a rambling response on Saturday about my years of sciatica suffering and just realised I didn't manage to post it. To cut a long (boring) story short, Pilates and swimming are the only effective cures I have found after 15 years of suffering from lower back damage and associated sciatica.
As always, thank you for your ears and words. 'Medical grade music' is bang on. So much music out there that soothes the soul and whatever else ails you, putting one of these comps together is like shooting fish in the proverbial barrel. Will have to check out the John McLaughlin track, it's a new one to me.
Cheers Rob, one thing I've been discovering is that just about everybody else has had sciatica before me, and frequently worse. Now I'm feeling lucky to have come this far without it. A lot of people have been recommending pilates.
Thanks again for an exceptional set, one of your best yet IMO.

Hope your sciatica eases soon.
