It was the 90s. It was about nitty gritties. It was about technology making that quantum leap. It was about weird hair and crazy clothes. It was about grunge, rave & hip-hop. It was about the birth of house. It was about the highs and the hi-fi. It was about sound…pure and simple sound. Flashback is just that. It’s a tribute to 52 Russelicious Fridays @ The Den that we celebrate on Sept 19, 2014. It takes you to those sounds, what we danced to back in the 90s, what sounds poured from our speakers and what we got the crowd grooving to back then. And like everything else in the 90s, it might be of that era, but it sounds new even today! It’s what the sounds of today are slowly going back to. Coz here’s where the party started.
