An overdue return to the Night Driving series.
Recorded late last night on the recovery from an excellent house party and so some of the transitions are a bit wonky, and I had a moment with the crossfader at one stage. However it hopefully doesn't take from the overall vibes. Deep & moody for those long winter nights.
To any who listen I hope you enjoy. Tracklist to follow in the comments.

Hi Stuart mate, got caught up on this last week and totally forgot to comment, only getting back to it now. Aaaaaaaaand yet again you knocked it out of the park!! Pure quality full of all sorts proggy techy moodiness! Have quite a few personal standouts in this one, 'Drueben' has a real driving force to it with that slowly building minimalist sound - very cool track, that remix of 'Deformation' was another force to be reckoned with - so atmospheric, 'Traces' has a real hypnotic vibe to it - love it! 'Terra Luna' - another example of the mastery of Fur Coat, loved the melodic breakdown in the 'Border Country' remix before it goes back into the thumping techy beat and a lovely finish with those haunting vocals in 'Come Closer'. All in all, another absolute peach of a mix! Thanks for sharing mate - looking forward to the next!
Wow Shane another belting comment and breakdown of the set. Much appreciated mate I always love hearing your take on it. This one has a nice prog build through a lot of it that came out better than I expected. I think the ending is a bit weak but fuckit can't have it all. πππ
Many thanks for checking it out pal. Chat soon. πππ

Back for another play of that opener pal, straight out the top drawer! :-) Had this on blast on Friday to get me through the last part of the day but ran out of time for a comment. Excellent work as always pal, Area forty one's remix of 'Deformation' was another absolute treat for the ears, both artists been on my radar for a proper back catalog dig for a while! All the best mate, and send those chocolates over will you, I'm starving!!! :->>>
Many thanks as always Steve and sorry for the slow reply. Planes, trains, cars and ferries as you know already. Been a manic few days.
I thought you might like that Area forty_one remix. I bought a few of their tracks lately so expect to hear them rinsed over the next few sets. Getting my value for beatport discounts ππ
Cheers again pal chuffed you liked it. I'm casting a new mould for those chocs later today. Will send some over for the after dinner treat at Xmas. πππππ
my gods, this is amazing. Bless
Many thanks Banzaqu. I'm chuffed you liked it. Thanks for tuning in. ππππ
Wonderful moody set, and what a build-up! :)
My favorites were: Bless you, Gamma Ray and Border Country
Great work, Fitz
Many thanks Stawros. Really glad you liked it mate, and good to hear from you. I hope all is good with you mate. πππ
getting awake smoothly with the deep intro of the first 3 cuts, great tension peak with 'Traces', shivering with the tremors of 'Gamma Ray', full energy with Border Country (Adam Beyer & Bart Skils Radio Edit remix), another state of consciousness with 'Come Closer (Marcel Dettmann remix)'. Ready to face the new day!
Some great picks there pal. That closer from Dettmann/Boy Harsher is a bit of a change in energy but I love the vocal samples that go with it. Had to be the closer. πππ
listening to this between the night and day, with the first coffe and the first cigarette (still quitting), so deep, as we say, it's - defo a spiritual thing. When I read ' Chris Liebing' I got a bit skeptical, since I'm not a big fan. Well, I changed my mind, great lift. I'm gelous of your house parties, I read you had another one in your last upload! Party hard my friend, and then mix, waiting the mood for sleeping! Still I didn'catch the mixing flwas, probably you're the only one that can hear them. Anyway you got my sympathy, lately I'm not able to to upload a session without a failure...
Many thanks Attila always glad to hear from you pal. Yes that Chris Liebing track was from his album earlier this year and it was an excellent production I think. The parties are great craic indeed mate, though I can only have one every few months as the recovery is getting harder all the time.
And yes the uploading from mixcloud is a shambles lately. My last 2 don't have any waveform or tracklisting showing. It was fine before the Select fiasco and so I assume they've deliberately tried to make it worse for the rest of us. So pointless.
the recovery is getting harder all the time' - lol - so true - by now I need at least 3 days , but don' let that stop you! For once I was talking about my errors not MC, but with this new bar it doesn't work, same problem with the waveform, often I can't see the tracks in the tracklist, omly blank rows, sometimes I can't timestamp... and why the fcuk the last track in NEVER displayed in the bar?!? I don' think deliberate, anyway apparently we'll all meet back on Hearthis or Soundcloud... stay cool bro!
Oh man, here I have been confused - I was confusing Chris Liebing, but , don't know why ,probably just gettin' old :), with Martin Solveig - today, reading 'Martin Solveig ' somewhere I finally realized..
I need this on my hard drive so I can listen over and over
Happy to share the file with you Gurrrl. Send me your email over message and I'll be glad to Wetransfer. ππππ
