Its been a few weeks since I ventured into anything harder than a bit of progressive house, but a nudge from another techno DJ and finally getting my Timewarp tickets at the weekend had me in the mood for some deep n dirty techno to get the pulse racing.

Nice one Yaz. A bit of techno with coffee is also a good way to start the day. And you're never too old pal. Techno keeps you young. Just look at Carl Cox and Sven Vath!!! πππ

a bit late getting to this one fitz... surprised at how warm it starts off which is really nice and not easy to do with techno without going deep... love the squelching almost psy-trance style acid in m13 and it worked really well transitioning into gazebo... harvey mckay and joyhauser later on in the set were standouts for me mate... nicely done

I did see this message on my gmail while out and meant to reply before now as the comment about the Psy-Trance sound was something I'd been noticing in modern techno and progressive tracks a lot more lately. Some of the kickdrum beats have that galloping vibe, and defo hearing more of those squelchy swipes and washes at key parts of the tracks that were a staple of Psy trance over the years.

Ace mix Fitz had it booming out last week the ol car windows were definitely wobbling a bit and it certainly did get the ticker moving lol, usual top standard and great set of tracks as well, nice one hope all is well ππ
