In today's episode, Gastor talked with Tab One of Kooley High.
Tab is an emcee out of North Carolina who recently released a project with Sinopsis entitled Sincerely,Tab. We had the chance to talk about the hiphop scene in NC, the beauty of having the support of your home town, and high of writing something you're proud of.
On the advantages of being in a group:
Being in the group dynamic pushes us to make the best music we can make. As far as me and Charlie, he's just constantly pushing me to do better.
On the energy that people feel at a Kooley High show:
I put as much time into the live show as we do into the music that we're putting out. We think its just as important.
On being productive:
If it's something important, you make time for it. If it's something you want to do, you do it. I work, I come home. I spend time with my wife and kid. Then I make to do something creative. It's my outlet.
