Irreligious Intimidation

Covenant Commission has warned of the rise of Christian persecution in America.  That persecution is no longer a distant threat but a present reality.  Communists infiltrated our educational, religious, and political institutions throughout the 1900's.  They have produced several generations of Christ-hating radicals.  As their power is almost complete, they are beginning to live out their worldview in the persecuting of Christians for their belief in Sola Scriptura.  Last year a Christian pastor was arrested for conspiracy to abuse children because of a sermon in which he advocated corporal punishment according to the commands of Scripture.  A year later, he has been convicted and sentenced to serve 2 years in prison.  This story is an urgent wake up call to Christians.
