Why Courage?

Too Often
I hesitate to take courageous action because I don't want to put decades of work on the line.
Sometimes I say to myself,
I've taken enough hits.
I don't want to taken any more risks.
I don't want to expend myself to the limits one more time.
But when I feel this way, I try to remember Esther, who said, "I'll do the right thing...and if I perish,
I perish."
I need Esther's courage .
Lots of us leaders do.
