Plot Summary: In addition to dealing with relationship fallout from his best friend and his would-be girlfriend, Peter Parker is losing his super powers and must give up being Spider-Man. Meanwhile, a mad scientist uses his invention of artificially intelligent, robotic tentacles to create and harness an exciting, yet unstable energy source that could destroy the city of New York.
