This is the first of a series of mixtapes that I made in the early 2000s. They're not dance mixes, and they're not even mixes really. I just found all of the most beautiful music I could think of, threw it together, and ended up distributing them a lot to friends and prospective romantic interests. They all have Elvish names. So this is the first one, "Vanya" (meaning "fair"), and it includes music by my old friend & labelmate Ben Swire (hi Ben!).
