Did BLAKESBRIDGE LIMITED predecessor to MRIB make this. All that can be found about Blakesbridge isn't a chart evidence at all but as a Gov UK thing for an ex alias when they first properly signed up for tax as a company but they were probably in business under that name way before then so maybe thats where Capital Countdown came in it the MRIB always had an influence on Capital even on the Spotlight Pepsi version as Spotlight was only Top 10 Gallup rest MRIB it still had MRIB in it. They may have before becoming publisher so it can go into TV and magazines was already there as an in house brand at Capital as Brakesbridge Charts.

John Shirley

This was long before the Pepsi chart, MRIB or Gallup. The chart was compiled solely by Aidan Day, music controller at Capital, The Top 15 was their playlist 'A' list and the 16-40 positions were the 'B' list.
