I wanted to create a mix that would allow me to run with my anger for awhile and let it rot my mind for a good 10 minutes, before turning it all around, realizing how SILLY it is to get mad (Red Mist!!! lol), washing the hate/anger down (Smoothie), and coming to grips with it all. We will never be free from our emotions but we can certainly have a good time with them!!
