Playing tracks by
Bob Scinclar, MRSA, Mastra, Primal Scream, Lock N Load and more.
I Have put this mix together as more of a response to a music magazine article. The article in question put forward a very good point on the future of music and the arguments for and against the way in which music is being taken over by technology and the fact that digital DJing takes away from the art of mixing with decks. And to some extent this is true but to stay fixed with feet firmly planted and to refuse to budge on the subject as some people do is ludicrous. The article posed the question of where are the good old days of going to an underground club and listening to and playing the latest tracks the true heart of DJing well for me that is not possible to just pop down a club as and when I live in the country as for DJing the true founders of the art back in the sixty's found a way of playing music through pirate radio and the same is true now with the internet it is allowing people a voice.
