This month Jim appears to be vaguely optimistic about the arrival of Spring. JimDoes April is all speedball energy and slacker jangle – in fact, it’s a vision of extraordinary contortion. Jim takes a typically scattershot approach to new music this month, featuring bands from Somalia, Senegal, Australia, Israel and Brighton – but it all seems to make a perfect kind of sense in his mind but we’ll let you decide. And after last shows swearathon he guarantees that this show is almost safe enough to take home to meet your parents.
