Creation in Isaiah. Part 6

Isaiah 30:6 mentions the dangerous animals which inhabit the highway from Judah to Egypt. Creatures those who flee to Egypt for help will have to encounter. Among them--the flying serpent. What is this animal? Could it really be a flying reptile?
