What is Your Up?
We as Physician Assistant’s do not seem to have anything to look forward to with regards to upward movement in a company or group.
So what do we do? 
What I have discovered is that we all have other things to offer our team or group.  You may have to think about this one for a moment, but it is true. There is something you have done in a previous career or some other skill or talent you have that you can offer to the group.  This is your Up!
