What We Do While We Wait

Advent is a season about waiting: waiting for Christmas, and waiting for the return of Our Lord Jesus Christ. God calls us to wait patiently. But God calls us not just to wait, but to be engaged in holy work while we wait: to nurture important relationships, to live lives of disciples, and to be active in sharing God's grace and inviting others to join us while we wait.
