Waiting

Jesus said that no one could know the time of his return. Since the earliest days of the Church, Christians have waited for Jesus' return. How shall we wait? The faithfulness of Terry Waite, a hostage in Beirut in the 1980's, can be an inspiration to us. We can be distracted in our time of our waiting, or we can get discouraged. Or we can remain committed to the life of Christian discipleship during our waiting.
