Oh man, breathtaking mix! never a lack of thrill and excitement here. Surgical precision in mixing, riding along enthralling beats with absolute confidence, traversing stylistic shifts - from deep to techno and acid - Moderno (Marc Piñol Acid Mix) is just one of the long list of favs of mine - without ever losing that true underground feel. Stunning cover art too.
Thanks for listening so attentive. It´s a lost mix of isolation, focused for a radio program, and that I didn´t materialize, but didn´t want it to be forgotten. The recording was fun, with that high start between the experimental intro and the two alien techno tracks, and the transition to house. But think it works!
I guess it's not the first mix of yours that follows the path from grabbing attention with something really different - like big favs In Line and Kill Bill and mental and going progressively to physical. It's what happens here, with Ahora Sí - another gem - the path lands to the beach. Anyway is consistant still eclectic, it reminds me the approach of some Dekmantel podcast. Yes, it works greatly.
brill Ben, taking experimental to its natural new hights it would seem to me... what a blend, diverse and suprise suprise through out this... for instance right now on my second listen the trumpet line at 9m.... took me again, didnt remmeber it was there but man what a treat, great use of effects and eq, subtle and powerful.. all the things we like to hear, well played buddy and best wishes from Liverpool 👊🏻👊🏻💥💚

A very accurate description by the way, the track of min 9 is from IBM aka Jamal Moss (Hieroglyphic Being), it also seems sick to me and I think the next track by Avalon Emerson is also overwhelming and continues that dynamic very well.
