Found this old mixtape in the loft from 1997. Must be some of the earliest mixing I ever recorded, just after I got my 1210's. Some iffy mixes but on the whole not too bad considering I was just starting out. Two 20 minute-ish mixes on each side, different style of music for each. The cassette was very much on it's last legs but I eventually managed to get it to play without the nasty hum on the right-hand channel. There are still a couple of drop-outs and dodgy bits where the tape is crinkly. Plenty of crackles and authentic mixtape audio quality - gives it some character I guess! There's even some amateurish scratching, power-downs and a spin-back :o) Enjoy.
