The latest Met Eireann report is that a status orange alert is in place for most of Leinster. Scattered snow showers later today and tonight will lead to accumulations of 4 to 6 centimetres by tomorrow morning alongside widespread frost and icy conditions. This alert will be in place until 11am tomorrow.
