Raw Presence

Sometimes I feel so desperate in this desire to get inside you. I am talking to you….
Life.
I yearn to feel my way to the very core of You, and know that I AM you.
Way down, inside the centre of each moment, I want to go Home.
I am burning for it. To become fully present. Here. Now.

Often I wonder why is it so difficult to simply dance with Life?
Why is it’s so hard to be who I already am ?
It's mostly because I forget.
I forget to be a human being, not a human doing.
I forget to be with the sensations and aliveness in my body, and live in the constructs of my mind alone.
I forget that life is not something I need to master or perfect, but to surrender into and participate with.
I forget to greet each moment afresh.

Dance is a way of remembering how to find home within, to cultivate presence and anchor us through the chaos. Dance to get centred in your soul and ground your psyche and to become more alive.... dance to know your raw preseence.
