Borderlands

In life sometimes we find ourselves in the in-between places where lots of possibilities are arising, but so is uncertainty and doubt. In such times when nothing is certain, and everything is in flux, it can be powerful to listen in. How do we know what is for us? And what is not?

This is a playlist I compiled during a really difficult time in my life The tracks and the flow of the journey reflect some of the challenges as well as the gifts that staying present to ones direct experience during such a period of unknowing have brought me so far. The result is that its notably different to the usual approach I take to creating Dancing Freedom journeys.
