2018 Mix

Hard to believe it's been 4 years since I last posted a mix, but also hard to believe I had time to do one this year. I thought I had enough music accumulated for several mixes, a harder techno one, a moodier tech-house one, and a more melodic/vocals one (kind of in the style of DJ Phono). However, once you actually start working on a mix, so much material gets left on the cutting room floor, great tracks just don't fit in the right spots, and you realize how time consuming it is to get it all right. What I've ended up with is essentially the intro and outro to the tech-house one with some harder tracks in the mid-back. Not the hours of music I had hoped for but "done is better than perfect"! I think it's what we're going to get, given a very busy schedule that has kept me from doing another mix for several years. Hope you like it!
