Roots of Design: Ep.05

In this episode, Co-hosted by Kathleen Cholewka, we have a conversation with Landscape Architect Richard Alomar. We discuss his journey from Agronomy to being an Assistant Professor at Rutgers, some differences between large and small firms, the cultural side of design and Space, and the power of using sketching as a tool to better see and feel the places around you.
We also talk about several events happening this April for World Landscape Architecture Month. For more information about Landscape Architecture Month Events in New York, go to http://aslany.org/events/ and elsewhere find your local chapter's page at http://www.asla.org/chapters.aspx
