Holy moly that last breakbeat section is exhilarating
Saw him having never heard of him before in Paris at Concrete, absolutely epic. Then a few weeks later he came to San Francisco and played at a real bro filled party and it wasn't my thing at all. This left me confused but listening to more of his stuff and then finally this mix, it clicked for me. He has range and plays to the room. The SF party had a shit crowd and he tried to play to please them as a DJ should. Paris crowd was awesome and he burned the house down. This set is exploratory and might not work in a club but it's sick and appropriate in this context. Respect.
