Guttered Candles

Most of these new and old songs, or fragments or phrases from them, were stuck in unpleasant tape loops in my head during September after WTC. Even music, my normal escape, was brittle and weird. My compilation of these tracks constitutes some kind of therapy for me, to dilute the loops through repetition and context. Although this CD is self-serving, my utmost respect is intended for the victims, their families and everybody affected by the disaster. Dedicated to Steve Lillianthal and his family. RSD 10.11.01
