AMERICAN IDOL VOCAL COACH & MUSICAL DIRECTOR - This week our guest's are Peisha McPhee
and Michael Orland. They are know as the "Dream Team" behind the scenes on American Idol. Peisha McPhee is an
internationally renowned singer, vocal coach and mother of the multi-talented Katharine McPhee. As a vocal
coach for Fox’s hit TV series American Idol, Peisha is responsible for helping contestants deliver their
optimum singing performance onstage and in front of a national TV audience. Peisha’s students have gone on to

Michael Orland is a Vocal Coach, Songwriter, & Arranger. He has become one of the nation’s most acclaimed
concert and theatre musical directors and holds the prestigious position of Associate Musical Director for
