This week's gym mix makes me think of my sister in law, Sami maybe because I feel "Hella Good" when we hang out or maybe because she likes Cheap Trick as much as Leon and me. Or maybe because she jams through life like the songs in the mix. Either way she's a boss taking care of business and needs a soundtrack to honor her as she cruises the sidewalks of NYC. DIG IT!!!
