Psytrance is the duality of the physical and the creative mentality. The kick, bass and drums engage with you physically, telling you how to dance and enticing a reaction from your body. The sounds, grids/glitches and everything else are engaging with you mentally, teasing your brain and inviting you to imagine other worlds and dimensions.
In less arty farty terms, dance to the beat listen to the rest. It'll be more fun.
