I keep wondering why there wasn't more crossover with less mainstream non-poppy music of the 90s and 00s between the UK and the US. America had a superb alternative scene in the late 90s and the UK had a great indie scene too, but it seems that they're rarely known by each other's audience. Today's show is roughly split in two - the first hour focusing on the US, and the second the UK. Grab your bootcut jeans, let's go!
