What you see is what you get. This is a self statement. I am exactly what I seem to be. However people can misunderstand that and take me for a serious man who never smiles, for instance. But then that's their conception. I'm simply honest. I don't play roles, don't wear masks. I never understood why people did that. Well, sadly I've learned that they grew up taught to be afraid of being themselves. And finally they end up going to group therapies where they believe, because they are told so, that they live someone else's life, in hope that they can get rid of the lives that they can at least feel, are not their own. I always believed that music can help a lot. Music is music. There's no chance to miss that.

Tracklist

Playing tracks by Kate Bush, Cocteau Twins, Brian Eno & J.Peter Schwalm feat. Laurie Anderson, David Bowie, Harold Budd and more.

Beautiful self statement and glorious mix. So many of my favorites. I wish I knew you better as I very much relate to so many of your mixes but, even more so, the self-statement above. I find it hard to relate to most people and I think that is why I love music and books and great film. Things that are universally understood. Thanks for sharing not only a song list but, a piece of yourself. That Suzanne Vega tune is pure poetry. If I had to choose only one musician to listen to for the rest of what is left of my life, it would be Harold Budd. Peace friend, to you and everyone, everywhere.

Thank you for your comment, and I am very happy to see you loved some mixes here. Too bad it's my secretary's responsibility to put them together, and I only but sign them for execution. Just kidding ;-) Do you really think culture as we call self explaination, is universally understood? Then you can relate to people in general much easier than you might believe. Our everyday problems our not what we are, after all. Our ideas about eternity, however tell a whole lot more of humankind.
