JumpStart

alright, let's get JumpStarted. this mix symbolizes a new beginning for an old DJ. a jumpstart for an old fart. the beginnings of a new beat project. it represents the style of music i play in the warm up portion of my longer sets, and the type of music i'd listen to on a road trip. the track selection is full of current favs peppered with a few classics. most of the tracks are categorized as nu-disco, whatever that means. label it what you want, i'm just gona call it JumpStart.

as per usual, this mix was concocted with Technics 1200 M3Ds (yes, i still use the pitch control), Traktor Pro2, an APC40 for EFX, Cues, etc and my buddies Allen & Heath Xone 92 (love that mixer).
