When it comes to the performances that we upload here, they're pretty much the best versions.
Everything is planned.
Everything is rehearsed.

The latest mix I uploaded (Strange Days) is not that.
I experimented with a few transitions on the fly in the recording.
The result wasn't exactly 100% what I wanted it to be.
Afterwards, I thought I about going back and recording again but without the experiments.

I decided against it.
It was still a good mix.
The song selection is good and I enjoyed putting it together.

I guess what's on my mind is: does your mix have to be perfect?
And does it have to be perfect every time?
And what's your benchmark for perfect?
And does perfect matter if everyone's having fun?
And is imperfect worth less if it's still 95% good in every other way?

I'm not expecting comments or answers.
Just putting it out there.
