Our program today is out of Arizona. The owner/operator of a local radio station has been airing a Public Service Announcement for two years that he put together. The announcement tells those who save child pornography on how to hide the stuff on their computer so that it can't be found. He says it is free speech to do so. He has made the announcement because he disagrees with Arizona's "tough" laws against possessing child pornography. There is a backlash taking place.
