My friend has had a trying year. Frankly, it seems most everyone I know has had a trying year. I've been describing it as a "season of suffering."
Recently, she asked for my help putting together a playlist of "empowering songs (nothing slow and sad) that will make me feel better about having to walk away from a friend who can't seem to make up his mind."
I mixed these for her and got her blessing to share with everyone else who might be going through stuff. My hope is that you'll play this during chores and find yourself two-stepping through the house, starting to believe that the season will pass.
