Written in history as the cocktail of Ernest Hemingway, known in Havana as Papa, this double daquiry was born in the legendary "Floridita" of Cuba when the exuberant Nobel Prize-winning journalist and writer of the 50s tasted the famous frozen daiquiri by Constantino Rib: It's nice but I would prefer it without sugar and with double rum ". That was enough to create "Hemingway daiquiri", which years later was enriched with maraschino and grapefruit to acquire its most rounded, seductive taste.

100ml Havana Club, white rum

30ml freshly squeezed juice from pink grapefruit

20ml maraschino liqueur, Luxardo 30ml freshly squeezed lime

10ml sugar syrup
