Jamie Hutchings of venerable 90s band Bluebottle Kiss has a new album out called Bedsit, and we air track from it in the early part of the show, after a few cuts from the classic Saints record Eternally Yours (the single 'Know Your Product' was released 40yrs ago this month). Much of the show is devoted to airing three tracks a-piece from two quality Canadian compilations that have just been released online. Firstly, the New Constellations Mixtape, which presents the results of a mentorship program which paired Indigenous youth with musicians to help them hone their songwriting and DJ/production skills. And secondly the CiTR Radio Pop Alliance Vol.5 compilation!
