Cog are back! This Sydney-based progressive rock trio were prominent on the live circuit in the early 2000s before going on hiatus seven years ago. We air their new powerful and slow-burning single this week's show. Also featured this week is a stunning ambient track from Kardajala Kirridarra, a collaborative project between women of the community of community of Marlinja, NT and Melbourne-based producer Beatrice 'Nalyirri' Lewis. We're also delighted to introduce listeners to an electronica artist based in Williams Lake, BC, named Miss White Spider. You can hear the lead-off track 'Blue Moon' from new album Butterfly, which as her bandcamp site describes, is a prime example of Miss White Spider's music 'sharing and dreaming, yearning and showing up'.
