Chris Knox's early project Toy Love, of Dunedin, NZ, was only active from 1978-80, but they inspired countless musicians and songwriters, including many on the Flying Nun label. In 2012 they were were inducted into the New Zealand Music Hall of Fame. This week we air three tracks from their only self-titled LP. Then it's our mix of new tracks including singles from The Meanies and Larissa Tandy, and we introduce 5-piece Devonian Gardens of Calgary, AB.
