Purpose Driven Evangelism

Have you ever run into someone on a witnessing encounter who is obviously not living a Christian life, yet claims to be a Christian? I Have, and many of them claim that they have prayed a prayer, asked for forgiveness, even some have been baptized, but they do not have the appearance of being saved. What do you do?
