ROGER MOOKING:

Roger Mooking is a chef, musician, and television host of "Everyday Exotic," on the Cooking Channel, of which he is also co-creator. He also appears on "Heat Seekers," with Chef Aaron Sanchez, on Food Network. He has appeared as a culinary expert and guest on shows such as NBC's "Today Show," "Good Morning America," "The Wendy Williams Show," "Iron Chef," "Top Chef Canada," and many others.   Roger's love of cooking stems from growin up in a diverse culinary family, where food was always a topic of conversation. As a third-generation restaurateur, his grandfather owned and operated restaurants, and his father, aunts, and uncles followed suit. Mooking wasn't too far behind, attending George Brown Culinary Management Program, and then opening and running award-winning restaurants throughout Toronto.
