Daukta Vikta a.k.a Victor Andrews, also known as Dreamstalker, has been a resident of Philadelphia for many years. During his teenage years, he immersed himself in the rave scene, showcasing his DJ skills at various venues with turntables. With extensive experience in DJing and music production, he specializes in UK garage, 2-step, and breaks. His notable performance venues include McGuins (bi-weekly), Angel, Hatch, Aerophobia, Paisley, Teris Club, Trenton Music Festival, Impact (Pawn Lasers), Dreamscape, and Jungle Jawns in Philadelphia. Additionally, he co-hosted a weekly radio show with Maddtronix at WRSU 88.7 FM on Thursdays from 2 AM to 10 AM and also performed on WPRB with DJ Chyl every Tuesday from 1 AM to 3 AM on the show Silly Dreams at WPRB 103.3 FM. Dreamstalker has established his own label
