Sat Nam means truth is my identity and as a chant is used to stop mind chatter by creating a rhythm that produces higher consciousness

My winter in Nelson has been one of finding personal truths. Shedding layers and looking at myself. This is not always easy, but it is always necessary. While on this path, I have discovered Kundalini Yoga and a most wonderful teacher.

Many of my lessons and much of my giggle-fest bonding have been shared with her. My soul thanks you JamieLeigh. So for this mix, I am dedicating to all those who are searching for truth as their identity.
