Hectic Eclectic

We've gone all posh in the NiteShift studio. What with the new Bozak AR4 I now have a set of Pioneer CDJ 2000 NX2. These are next level in comparison to my CDJ 900's and I can't lie makes mixing a breeze...I feel like I'm cheating. Rest assured I will do more vinyl only mixes soon so shit mixing will return. I've bought loads of tunes recently so for this I wanted to dig through my virtual record box to see what I have got and not played. There's no real flow to the mix and was more a mess around that I recorded.It goes from tribally house to gospel house and then some disco and even some Roxy Music! Some cracking tunes on here that I've not heard for an age. The mix ends with a doth of the cap to Andrea Martin who we sadly lost last month. I didn't know much about her but knew her from her work with Toddla T and she was stunning on there. She was a pretty formidable songwriter in the R&B scene and will be sorely missed. RIP Andrea x
