The topic this episode is on competition, so why talk about envy and jealousy? Well, when it comes to competition these two emotions could dominate. Say you're in a competition and you lose. No matter how happy you are for those who win, it is undeniable that you will feel envy and jealousy. But it depends on how you face those emotions. Do you react on them? Do you let them control you? Or do you acknowledge them and approach them with a different attitude?
