GSH Selection

A few of my favourite songs by Gil Scott Heron. Some famous ones and a good few less well known tunes. Have a listen.

First time I heard his music I knew within two minutes this was the music I had been waiting all my life to hear.

A jazz singer, a blues man, a poet, a storyteller, a pioneer of grooves, a novelist, an activist, an icon, a fighter, a lost soul, a human. Never forget him - there's nobody else like that out here now. RIP.
