Re-Trusting

Ziplining is an amazing and unforgettable experience, until the line breaks. We don’t want to talk about it, but it could happen. Sometimes in our most intimate relationships, the line snaps. We trusted them and now we are left hurt and devastatingly broken. It feels like we can never recover. The Bible is really clear on one thing: Forgiveness is a must. Re-trusting is a maybe. But when re-trust happens, it is one of the most beautiful pictures on earth of what Jesus did for each one of us who believe. This week, you are invited to forgive, and wrestle with the invitation to re-trust. And when we learn to re-trust, our relationships with God and with each other will be stronger than ever before.
