I love Earl. This project was started after listening to his interview with npr's Microphone Check.
I wanted to curate a concise listening experience for his album that wove in and out of the narrative Earl describes during his interview.
I consider this a mashup. Moments of his interview mesh perfectly with the musical interludes peppered throughout his album.
The album art was inspired by another interview in which Earl states he originally had a different color scheme in mind, but Drake beat him to it.
