Why is trance now being called techno?
I agree with you. That's a very good question. Sometimes some techno tracks are very trancy. Especially since techno can now be divided into many different genres. It's hard to distinguish between deep tech, raw techno, hypnotic techno, deep techno, minimal techno, peak time, driving and all the rest. That's also very difficult for me sometimes. But what I can say in any case is that trance really has very little to do with techno.
