Freedom mixtape

I quit smoking cold turkey on February the 1st of this year. I picked that date, lived to it, smoked my last cigarette and threw away all the smoking gear. Quitting cigarettes was much harder then quitting marihuana. Drugs were a mental dependence for me not physical. With dropping cigarettes I also have to deal with the physical side effects, like cold sweating, dizziness and feeling exhausted. I don't recommend getting addicted to cigarettes as well as drugs.. ;)

Don't be enslaved but dare to be free. Celebrate each day of your freedom but keep your guard up and don't allow yourself to be seduced into thinking you're "cured" (you're not). There will be days when you feel great and love life. There will be days when everything seems like a challenge. That's life!! Take it as each day comes.. Be free.
